Digital STL files and downloads
Because digital STL files, bundles, and downloadable products are delivered immediately, purchases are final and non-refundable after delivery, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, an incorrect product being delivered, a verified technical defect that we cannot resolve, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Master of Realms licenses: 15-day refund window
Master of Realms Personal License and Master of Realms Commercial License purchases may be refunded when a request is submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase. When a refund is approved, the related Steam key, license, software access, and commercial rights end and may be deactivated. You must stop using the refunded license and stop selling or distributing creations under its commercial rights.
Technical problems
Contact support promptly if a supplied file, download, or activation key does not work as described. We will investigate and, where practical, provide corrected files, replacement access, or troubleshooting before determining whether an exception applies.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice or received the wrong item, contact us with the relevant order numbers so we can investigate and correct the order.
How to request help or a refund
Use our contact form and include your order number, purchase email, product name, and a clear description of the request or technical issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
