1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of The Master Forge storefront and your purchase or use of digital products, STL files, Steam keys, bundles, and licenses. By using the store or purchasing, you agree to these terms and any product-specific license shown before purchase.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate checkout and contact information and keep credentials and download links secure.
3. Digital products and delivery
Products are delivered digitally unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for using a valid email, downloading and backing up files, extracting archives, and checking disclosed software, printer, scale, and system requirements. Delivery may be affected by payment review, fraud prevention, platform outages, or incorrect customer information.
4. Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. You authorize the selected provider to charge the checkout total, including applicable taxes. We may cancel or review orders affected by fraud, obvious pricing errors, unauthorized payment, or legal restrictions.
5. Intellectual property and licenses
The store, artwork, branding, models, files, and materials are owned by or licensed to The Master Forge. A purchase grants only the rights stated in the applicable product or license; ownership of source files and underlying intellectual property does not transfer.
Unless commercial rights are expressly included or purchased, files are licensed for personal use only. Source files may not be shared, uploaded, redistributed, sublicensed, resold, or made available to others. Commercial licenses apply only to the products, outputs, duration, channels, and activities they expressly cover.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the store or products unlawfully; interfere with security; attempt unauthorized access; remove rights notices; distribute source files; misrepresent authorship; train or supply a dataset or automated system with protected files where not expressly authorized; or use content beyond its license.
7. Refunds and support
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Support addresses genuine issues with supplied files or access. Slicing and printing results also depend on hardware, materials, maintenance, settings, environment, and preparation.
8. Third-party services
The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, digital delivery, Steam, and external platforms. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for services outside our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular result on every equipment and setting combination. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access, cancel an order, or terminate a license where reasonably necessary for fraud, chargebacks, security risks, unlawful conduct, or material license violations. Ownership, restrictions, payment, liability, and dispute provisions survive where appropriate.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future store use. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Before a formal dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it through our contact form or contact@themasterforge.com.
