What do I receive?
Each product page lists the included STL files, supported versions, scale, and any additional files or instructions.
How do I download my files?
Your Shopify email confirms the order. Your secure download links arrive in a separate Fileflare delivery email shortly after payment.
Which software do I need?
STL files can be prepared in common slicing software. Check each product page for file-specific compatibility and recommended print settings.
Can I get help with a file?
Yes. Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue.
What does the Commercial Use license include?
It allows you to sell physical prints made from the purchased files. The digital source files may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Can I share or resell the digital files?
No. Digital source files may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
Can digital products be refunded?
Digital STL files and downloads are generally non-refundable after delivery. Master of Realms Personal and Commercial License purchases have a 15-day refund window. Review the complete Refund Policy for exceptions and details.
